My laptops are dusted off every 3 months with compressed air, and their CPU fans brushed. Nothing special ^_^
They're old, and have been mistreated by their previous corporate owners - I try to take care of them ❤

I should do the compressed air thing more often... Whenever I open up my laptops, maybe once a year, it looks like there was a recent blizzard!

It's not a big deal, excepted in winter. If it's cold outside and humidity is high inside, condensation may appear inside the computer when coming back home. Mixed with dust it's a real threat. But otherwise, it just overheats ;)
I like its keyboard, it's soft and has a long travel distance. Actually better than my Thinkpad T530. But it misses a trackpoint ;)
