@veer66 Or Ethiopia, or Java, or Venezuela, or anywhere else. It's all delicious. It just isn't cheap.

@veer66 depends if you really like coffee or not. A keurig cup of crap is about $0.40 USD per serving, and that's overpriced.

On the other hand I routinely pay $10.99/pound at my local coffee shop for locally roasted beans from the far flung corners of the earth.

Coffee is weird.

Trying Mastodon again. Anyone out there? Photographer first, gamer second, etc. third.

I keep forgetting this is around. Here's a quick shot from my recent trip to France.

I am the evil space fungi your momma warned you about.

@jasonsteakums you laugh, but a coke-can pinhole camera "designed to capture the sun" just hit kickstarter. Pallet your face off.

I'm not exactly new to the whole open source thing, I get it (I think), but this is the first time I kind of have something to contribute. Not code, per se, but QA feedback. Does need any sort of QA process work to make it better? I kinda dig this thing, if only for its federated USENET-style model, but realize that most open source projects really, really like the smell of their own farts. QA helps people out of that trap.

Last night in the hotel room I had a very vivid dream of running into Bernie Sanders wandering around a big city. In the dream I somehow managed to join his campaign staff, and also got him to make a portrait for the 52 project. Then I got home (in the dream), very excited to add the portrait to my existing work, and my house had apparently been robbed, including all the furniture and all copies of my project.
Point is, now I'm home and finally signing up for cloud backup
software.

@asonix yeah, same thing. i picked a instance at random because i wanted to try it out. Not sure if i'm a right "fit". Kind of wish I would have landed in a creative instance.
