Friendly reminder: there are a ton of old, cheap Sun SPARC computers on eBay! They're really cheap because they're too slow for servers and too Windows-doesn't-run-on-it for the modern consumer!
@jordyd It's tempting, but my wife would freak if I kept buying old computers. The iLamp was one thing, because it looks cool.

@jordyd Considering that I first learned Unix on a SPARCstation 20, it would be tempting to buy one if I could get one in good condition cheap with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. But those used to come with high-resolution CRTs.
I mean they're not crazy fast but they're cool!
