Automake hates him! Developer discovers one simple trick to install localized manpages.
The trick, btw, looks like this (in Makefile.am):

cant_believe_its_not_mandir = $(mandir)
nobase_cant_believe_its_not_man_DATA = \

es/man1/somemanpage.1
```
Yes you heard it here first, folks. Automake doesn't know what to do with manpage localizations, and refuses to install them properly into the proper location unless you lie to it about where you're putting it and what you're putting there.
