I'm learning this about temperature sensors: Once you have a few, you just want more.

@joeyh yeah, they're like potato chips that way. And then you discover there's other kinds of sensors of so many types and they're all sooooo byooootiful, and before you know it your workbench is covered with sensors and your credit card is maxed out with Mouser and Digikey purchases. But you know the temperature in the back closet and the solar illuminance at 27 places in the garden, along with windspeed in each of those as well as on the roof, and the washer fluid level in your car.

@MightyBigCar so.. know any good humidity sensors that work with 1-wire and linux gpio?

@joeyh alas, no. My experience with sensomania* is quite a few years ago, with proprietary serial protocols talking to a proprietary SOC. But the effect is the same.

*Not to be confused with sinsemilla.
