Cut down 5 large trees and moved the #starlink test stand 10 feet.

Big improvement, 50% less time obstructed, down around 1.75 minutes/hour.

New test stand location and some major tree removal has gotten #starlink obstructions down to 50 seconds per hour.

This is close to acceptable territory for me, but I do have my eye on 3 trees to the east and a limb of the remaining problem north tree.
