Loving that my culture of ascii art alongside the #haskell of users' propellor config files is taking off https://git.ricketyspace.net/propellor/tree/config.hs
seeded with https://git.joeyh.name/index.cgi/propellor.git/tree/joeyconfig.hs
of course as a haskell programmer, I'm now wondering how to make the type checker enforce ascii art presence
@joeyh The haskell I remember from XMonad *is* ascii-art.
@bremner yes, types ascii art operators is basically the way to go here I think. But how to prove that a certian combination of them is actually art? More research needed.
@joeyh A quazi-quoter that turns ASCII into a low-resolution image and checks if Tineye or Google Images can find anything similar on the web? Doesn't prove it's art, but gives some assurance that this ASCII make sense visually.
Octodon is a nice general purpose instance.
