after some soldering and 140 lines of haskell, I have a crockpot that can be controlled by cron(1), but that otherwise runs whenever there's solar power going to waste, as a #solarpunk water heater
@joeyh How do you incorporate that into using water? Learn the habit of checking for warm water to start soup with, or wash with?
... I wonder if electric teakettles or samovars from elsewhere have this built in already. They should! And it's easier to get the water out!
