@grainloom fwiw I break hairbands at a rate of about one per month, so I guess that was a pretty high quality clip (which sorta makes it suck more that it broke I guess :I). A moment of silence for all the brave hair-holding gear that have given its lives for us.

ok, so this ice-cream truck. I just heard it drive by again. It plays that song from snow white, somewhat out of tune. I only hear it drive by on days when it /isn't/ awfully hot. Never hear it stop to sell ice-cream ( probably because, again, it only comes by when the sun /isn't/ trying to kill me). Is this even an ice-cream truck? Maybe it's just an aesthetic-truck? Maybe it's haunted? It makes the neighbours' dog howl like the saddest wolf so I actually wouldn't be surprised if it was haunted

@cathal @grainloom video game style makes sense imo. thought the guy looks vaguely like sonic, in which case, he /is/ pretty sexualized if you're into that sorta stuff. Either way the shift in style between the the images is sort of jarring

Looks like it's gonna be some heavy stuff focusing on ruby and sapphire. Which makes sense but I sort of feel like, given the rhythm of the show, it'd make more sense to have some filler-but-not-really episodes where pearl gets to, you know, unwind a bit now she doesn't have to carry the weight of all those secrets anymore
