After two months nursing this ankle, I had high hopes for finally getting out for a run this evening. I thought it was better, but no - not even close.

Seems like such a minor thing to put me over the edge, but here I am in the pit of despair. It's not just that I feel frail and old when this happens, it's that running plays such a huge role in my positive mental health.
