I always wonder what Europeans think when they visit the US for the first time, visit a grocery store, and see what the cheese selection looks like.
@ifixcoinops okay now, the aerosol kind, that’s just brilliant! I don’t know how anyone could hate that 😉
@jason In England we had the Soda Stream a long time ago, long ago enough for it to turn up in car boot sales and become a working-class money-saving thing rather than some kind of trendiness. So I had one growing up! There was a chocolate flavour syrup you could get. It was a good flavour that tasted exactly like chocolate. You put it into carbonated water. It was a horrible mistake! :D That's what I think of when I see cheese foam propelled out of a can with compressed gas.
@ifixcoinops that’s a perfect analogy!
@jason I adore to visit grocery stores everywhere.
@mariadocarmo when visiting a grocery store in a new place, what have you found that made you laugh the most?
@jason A spicy sauce called "Ardência no Regaço". It means something like "burning butt".
@mariadocarmo heh. We’ve got sauces like that around here.
@jason Do you like spicy food??
@mariadocarmo I do. I prefer it, thought the HOT versions of the food at some of our local Asian-type restaurants can be too much for me.
@jason For me too, jajaja.
@jason I imagine they sob.
@SuzanEraslan sobs, derisive laughter, uncontrolled bursts of public destruction are all acceptable reactions.
@jason "what fresh hell is this?"
@phildini ha! It’s not even fresh 😉
@jason we look upon your aerosol cheese in wonder, horror and morbid curiosity. :)
