I’m still trying to get the hang of that regex filter thing on the Home timeline, but this seems to be working for me:
@jason I had no idea those settings were there! I've been holding back on replying because I didn't want to clutter the home timeline of followers, but now I see they can control it - sweet!
@quinterbeck it’s inelegant, though. For example, when someone posts their own thread of connected posts, those are technically replies to themselves, so I only ever see the first one. It works for me but may not fit everyone.
@jason That's true (and I personally prefer to see replies in my timeline) but at least I now feel less guilty about replying to whatever I want. Typically I reply a lot more than I post my own thoughts.
