We have a new beautiful tabby and white long-haried girl kitty at the shelter, name of Lilly. Abandoned in a house, where the person/people moved away. Very sweet, patient with my efforts to groom away her mats, most of which I cut away.
And then I forgot to take her picture.

ohhhh, that just breaks my heart.....how can people do things like that?????
@MissSnarkerson I don't know about this particular case, but this county is very poor. Sometimes people do things in desperation.

I shouldn't judge........I get so angry when people abandon animals who rely on them for survival, but I've also never been in the position of having to choose between caring for people vs. animals....
