A headache woke me up about 15 minutes ago. I'm sitting with an ice pack around my neck shoulders, took aspirin, and am currently drowning my sorrows in water
I think maybe I am clenching my jaw at night? The right side of my jaw is really sore.
@jannamark This morning I woke up from a bad dream: I heard a big crack in my mouth and then I saw one of my molar teeth crack and crumble in the mirror. I woke up with a sore jaw as well and then tried to spend the first hour hanging around slack jawed... 😯
