@jangles I read that brands are already testing the waters here. But the privacy controls and other features could make it popular. We'll see.

@jangles According to a Mashable article I read, they're already here, but they're treading cautiously. It wouldn't bother me to see something useful and interesting, but if it's just duplication of what they're doing on Twitter, that wouldn't thrill me.
@shelholtz I read that, too. Call me cynical but I expect to see similar behaviour as on Twitter :( Still, I really hope to see evidence that I'm wrong with that view
@jangles I'm not optimistic, either, but at least there are rules about marketing. (I wish I knew where to find them, but I haven't had too much time to nose around.)
