It's a mocking pejorative abbreviation (technically it's not an acronym, those are only pronounceable abbrevs, and they have a curiously short history, but I digress) of "Status Quo Warrior", intended as the converse of "SJW".

I usually apply it to people presenting positions that progress wants to go 'too far'. "Gay people, whatever, but 'trans' people?!" kind of statements.
