ツイッターで無言フォローは失礼とかいうのは、単に日本ローカルな考え方でしかない。普段から海外のアカウントをフォローしていればそんなのは井の中のルールを押し付けようとしている蛙に過ぎないとわかる。ツイッターだってそもそも海外ともつながっている場所なのに、失礼どうこうなんて言うのはむしろ図々しい主張。マストドンみたいないろいろ入り乱れる環境で、そういうことを認識できるといい。
膣が流行ったのは今のmstdn.jpオープン間もない4/15 6:30くらいのトゥートが原因です
前のmstdn.jpでは今の「連合タイムライン」が「連邦タイムライン」という名前でした
しかし連邦から連合に名称がかわり、前の世界の知るユーザーの間では「連邦がよかった」との意見もあり、どっちがいいのかの対立が起こりました
それを見たあるユーザーは「連邦派と連合派の対立煽り」とトゥートしようとしますが、キーボードのRとTが隣にあるせいで「連邦派と連合派の対膣煽り」と誤字トゥートします
当時はまだLTLの流れが遅かったこともあり、この誤字は比較的多くのユーザーの目に止まりました
本人はすぐに訂正したものの、意味もなく #対膣 とだけツイートするユーザーが現れるなど、悪ノリで誤字を弄る流れになりました
こうして膣はmstdn.jp初のインターネットミームになりましたとさ

マストドンの国内投稿をテキストマイニングしたところ。マストドンでは、まだマストドンそのものについての話題がされてる感じ。
深く物事を考えて、文字化しようとするとツイッターの140字はさすがに短すぎる。500文字は、十分な長さだと思う。
140字でうまく表現しよう、という努力をしてきたことによって、人類は「短い文章に気持ちを込める」という方向に進化したのかもしれねぇ。
そんな我々に500文字という「ええ感じの長さ」をマストドンは与えたもうた的なことか。天よ。
