My intake forms for SRS mention I should send a "picture of [my]self" along with the forms. The same surgeon does minor facial surgery. That's gotta be for that, right? I just feel weird including a selfie with a document about below-the-belt surgery.
@b_cavello I hope so! If she wants a picture of my junk, she needs to be more forthcoming and specific. As she's a doctor working on that zone, I guess she doesn't need to romance me first.
