Am I the only one who feels like dynamically typed #programming languages are becoming obsolete? Type systems are more expressive and type inference is more ergonomic, so there seems to be few arguments in favor of weaker typing.

I am really curious how the French government will get away with using Matrix/Riot in all their govt agencies. They'll either have to ignore people with disabilities, or they'll have to contribute a huge amount of work to the Matrix project, both the web front-end and the iOS and Android clients. Because for a blind screen reader user, Matrix is far from being usable efficiently right now.
And no, I don't have time to contribute to all of these projects. I can't fight all fights.

In other news, German gendered definite articles apparently still scourge my gonads. At least in Danish there's only two of them, and you can guess which is which about 85% of the time.
Plus German irregular verbs always catch me by surprise because I feel like German, stereotypically, is 100% regular and without exceptions. Alas, not quite. "Essen" -> "isst", pfah.
