I still can't log in with the app. It doesn't recognise the instance.
@hightower What platform? I'm using Tusky on Android and the web UI on Windows.
I have delusions of writing a Windows Universal Platform app for #Mastodon but let's face it - there's no way I have the time to put that together.

@hightower Don't suppose it wants the https:// in front? I'm trying to remember if I did anything specific to get signed up on that.
I didn't sign up via that app; I used the web UI, then installed Tusky.
@PW same. Signed up with windows/Firefox. Android/Chrome working. App not.
@PW if I choose a different instance it goes to the login screen, so it just doesn't like octagon.social in the app.

@hightower So it looks like it's a known bug and the app author is freaking out a bit. Poor bastard. This has taken off faster than he was expecting, I think. :grin:
