There should be a shill flag, and then once a critical mass of people have marked the same account as a shill it should be shadow banned.
@golero Good point. It will be interesting to see what measures are taken to limit bots, too.
@gborcus Bots would make that an issue, since they could mass report the user as a shill and get anyone who speaks out against whatever agenda the bots hold shadow banned.
