Why does it seem like it's more important for so many Christians to tell people that queerness is horrible than that Jesus is lord.

It's almost like they don't really care so much about saving people's souls, but more about what they think is yucky, and controlling other people.

@forteller the Bible specifically shows what happens to a place that embraces queerness (the bronzeage equivalent of nuclear holocaust). It rarely paints such a bleak picture about not believing in Jesus. The idea of millions of horrible deaths is a lot more a call to action than individual infernal damnation.
