Does "raise hand" ever work in any videochat? Like, does the moderator ever notice and actually use it?

@forteller We use it all the time in our standup meetings. Between that, yes, and no, we handle the folks who have trouble speaking up or to keep track of the related tangents.

The expectation is that hosts on our team airways have the participants list open.

I've seen it work really well - and it's glorious when it does. But I think everyone needs to be aware of, and agree on, how to use it. I.e. it needs to be called out "If you have a question, please raise your hand". Once one or two questions are asked through interruption, that automatically becomes the new norm.

@christoffer Hehe. Nei, nei, jeg bare måtte skrive at jeg tegnet meg, virket som at du ikke la merke til hånda mi? Og så er jeg så vant med det samme fra andre tilsvarende situasjoner, at den hånda ikke legges merke til, eller glemmes :)
