For the month of Me (that's "May" in JT-speak), I think it's time to end my radio silence for both elephant and possibly bird.

Sorry for the radio silence. I have been working on A Thing™ that has taken up some of my social media time. More on A Thing™ next month.

@tsaiberia I received a warning that my work email was near its 2 GB limit. After a little over 6.5 years there, I was finally running out of room. I needed about 20 minutes to go from >100 MB of free space to 1.33 GB free.

I feel slightly dirty for having to create a Personal Folder in Outlook, as I rail against them in my support role. But that’s my conscious to deal with.

@kara I did the same, much to my chagrin. I wanted to cut down on my social media accounts, not increase them. Alas, no.

Also, St. Eugene will undoubtedly be receiving lots of prayers over the next few days and weeks.

After letting it collect dust for a few months, the MacBook Air is on its way to its new owner in New Hampshire. Whether they use it as-is or mine it for parts, I care not. It will make someone happy to have it, and me happy not to.

@kara This has been a major disappointment for me as well, now that I canceled my account there.

I would really, really appreciate it if I could get through 24 hours without a BM that leaves me drained and exhausted, let alone all the other things.

The irony is that the cure for the sinus infection is most likely the trigger for the uncomfortable movements. It’s a good thing I only have two more full days of antibiotics to take.

@craigmaloney I don’t personally think I’ve crossed the do better/be better threshold by using Mastodon, but I prefer to engage while I am here instead of scrolling through Twitter in a defensive crouch. I just need to spend more time with an elephant 🐘 than a bird 🐦.
