Okay, I'm extremely onboard with the new Nancy
beginning to think that maybe giving off a warning chime 2 seconds before you nail a barrier at 70 mph is perhaps less than ideal
Dang, I'm pretty proud of this one. It's got a slightly-warped, sepia toned Polaroid quality to it. https://octodon.social/media/W9DI6TynMLobMwUZXDQ

Nothing is quite as amusing as the office espresso machine making the Windows XP error sound as the OS farts out.
I don't think it's connected to the internet? But it could be part of a botnet I guess
The hound agrees: it's too damn hot.
wtaf, this guy's kid was named Carbon Petroleum Dubbs
"Jesse Dubbs was enamored with the oil business. He even named his son Carbon after one of the elemental constituents of oil. Later, Carbon added the P. to make his name "euphonious," he said. People started calling him "Petroleum" for fun, and the name stuck. C. P.'s son and grandson were also named Carbon, but each had a different middle initial.[2][3]"

I can't stress this enough: Adopt older dogs.
The shelter thought that she was around 8 and said "give this sweet girl her retirement home!" Considering that we were first-time dog owners, we thought that a chill dog was what we needed.
She runs circles around us, even after three years. She's never had an accident in the house. She loves kids. She never leaves our sides.
And two weeks after we brought her home, she alerted me that I was going to have a seizure. She still does this.

libraries are such an important space
not only for free information, but especially for at risk populations and homeless populations
they offer free or very cheap internet access (which allows for finding resoucres, job applications, etc), free access to information, bathrooms, often places have refreshments for relatively cheap as well, etc. etc.
wanting to make public libraries obsolete is classist and just an incorrect viewpoint tbh
I am now the reluctant owner of a team-wide template document
But that means I get to choose the damn font
