How do people find the time/attention span to manage accounts on multiple instances?
@going_to_maine hahaha gotcha. I'll just stick with a slower timeline build of following interesting people that my follows boost then.
@fobo what's the point in having accounts on multiple instances ? You can follow ppl from other instances anyway.
@scand1sk getting the full local timeline, I think. I'm not entirely clear how the federated timeline works, and how you get to see people on other instances who you aren't directly following, but I think that's the intent of folks who are signing up for multiple instances.
@fobo They don't. Sshh. (Pro Tip: Life is easier when you ignore people who may be more skilled than you and make you feel like a loser.)
