Oh dear it is getting really hard again to ignore all those noises

Nose noises
Fork scratching on plate noises
Joyful whistling
And I'm scared of engaging with this in any way because it will make it worse
I guess I should just go away when these sounds happen to calm down and not make it worse, but that means avoiding a lot of humany stuff, like sitting at the table while anyone else is eating

@fina yeah it's so so hard :/ especially the part where it makes me have bad feelings towards the person who produces the noise, and I can't stop that, and that is… not fun to explain
