Nice. SCOTUS is going to hear a case against #apple over their monopoly control of the #ios ap store. This could have huge implications for walled garden app stores and operating systems.
My preferred outcome would be apple is forced to allow users to install apps from outside their store. But they would still control the devtools and I don't see them being forced to provide those for free.

@0x1C3B00DA iirc the dev tools themselves are free already, you just need a license to distribute apps
