When I think about it, I laugh.

@DaveHiggins There's this issue https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/177 but it's gotten waay too complicated, trying to solve all the migration problems at once. I might make another issues JUST for automatically notifying all followers of a move, and giving them the option to follow you in the new place.

@DaveHiggins @evilscientistca @tiffsming This is what I'm thinking will happen (at least, I hope). A bunch of instances will converge on a set of rules. Awoo.space is the closest to that set of rules; that's why I moved there.

The current situation is imperfect, vague, complicated.
