Based on some things I am already hearing regarding v1.3, some advice.
As an admin, there is no need to be on the bleeding edge of upgrades.
Always test updates on a dev server.
Just my 2 bits.
@internaut @gargron Why is there no testing process at the developer end? Can we not have a stable build and a testing build (or whatever you want to call them), and instances can decide which one to use? Is there a reason why it can't be done this way?
