@_paulhg_ I added a bit (= no liquid accumulating at the bottom of the bowl) of red balsamic vinegar and olive oil as dressing.
If I were some creative foodie I'd probably think of enhancing this with feta cheese or pine nuts or other fancy ingredients...but I'm not 😅
@_paulhg_ Nope, the apples are raw (and sour). Only the onions are fried, also the pepper for a minute or so.
I would have added some parsley if I had any...

Berlin ist zu großen Teilen durchgentrifiziert, Verantwortliche dafür sitzen nicht im Silicon Valley.
Wirtschaftlich/administrativ läuft hier wenig rund.
D ist (von 15 untersuchten) das einzige Land der EU, das ohne seine Hauptstadtregion besser dran wäre (https://www.citylab.com/equity/2016/08/germany-economy-without-berlin/495098/), Arbeitsverhältnisse in Startups sind häufig prekär.
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass hier einfach auch Potential gesehen würde anstatt immer nur Schwarz.
