A philosophy of project governance


Been sitting on this for a bit, finally cleaned it up into a publishable state

@sir Given that you manage a few substantially popular open source projects, what model do you prefer? I don't see a CoC in wlroots, but I also wouldn't say you have a BDFL role either since you seem to take valuable input from contributors, like @emersion. For me it has always seemed that CoC's are overblown, when all you really need is one rule which is "Don't be a d**k". But I also don't manage a large project.

@emersion Very true. The connotation with Dictator was throwing me off.
