@seachaint Yeah, full marks for taking up new exercise (I should, maybe tomorrow…) but any time but the beginning of January would be less doomed.

@edavies @fitheach I prefer to see new-joggers or new-any-exercise as being the heroic bit. It's the failure to keep it up (which I'm guilty of) that's the sad bit.
