New platform sandals!!! Just in time for my trip

Geometric shapes at Santa Maria Novella. The bit in the lower right corner is probably the most complicated sundial I've ever seen. Part of it throws a shadow against hte wall and has several small pointers to indicate the time.

Inside the entrance of Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella... Lovely architecture and interior design, along with some 14th century frescos, just around the corner from the church.

One of the places I always have to visit in Florence, even if just to pick up some more bubble bath.

I shared this with one of my friends on an older account. I had a Mistress who got me this skirt and made me wear it a bunch...

I did a lot of traveling right about when I first joined Mastodon! This was something I found in Tokyo, home of all the best Kit Kat bars. Apparently the 'Chocolatory' bars are the Maserati to the common Kit Kat's Honda. A bit pricey, but such great tea and sake flavors! Really wish they'd expand their offerings here in the west.

About a year ago, I went to the Gucci Cafe in Florence. Take away the designer trappings, and it was an affordable, casual place to eat, with inventive food and impeccable service. Fast forward a year or so, and it was replaced by a much higher-end restaurant requiring (very) advanced reservations and a larger purse.

I was so excited to get these thigh highs that I wore them to dinner with friends... despite being a bit under the weather and feeling my meds...
