Here's a different sort of print I made. This is a collagraph print, where the plate is made with nothing but folded paper and glue (and varnish), then inked and printed on my itty bitty home press.
The image itself is ~4x4", and is oil-based etching ink on 300gsm watercolour paper.
I really enjoy this technique and am planning to do an extensive series of collagraph monotype miniatures one of these days.
@davidak handmade monotype prints, so each is one of a kind created using oil-based inks and printmaking paper. The images are 4x6" on 6x8" paper. 🙃
I just realized that Mastodon is awesome because it's all just people. My twitter stream is mostly a relentless flood of posts from not-people. I like it here.
