Hey #Kiwis! It's election year, have you thought about who you might vote for? If you want a government that's focused on people and the environment #PartyVoteGreens and #ChangeTheGovernment 🇳🇿
@drh Good luck for Sept 23rd, DrH. Your two leaders seem good, and there's an increasing pool of younger voters you can well attract.
Thanks @Adz_06. It'll be an interesting campaign for sure. 🙂
@Adz_06 I don't really know much about Neo-Liberalism but from my understanding the Greens are quite anti-TPP, as am I.
As for engaging more students and younger people that's why I'm involved in the party. To help out in that area. Had the Internet Party not been in the last election I'm sure the Greens would've got more of that vote too.
@drh Doesn't the Green Party's agreement with Labour mean that the Greens are tacitly supporting neoliberalism and the TPP? Many of us Labour/Green swingers feel betrayed by Labour and disappointed in the Greens, that there is not a more progressive approach. http://bowalleyroad.blogspot.co.nz/2017/05/will-tpp-spell-nationals-doom.html
The Green Party would do well to somehow enlist more students and younger people to vote. They refuse to do so as we saw in the last election.
