@kevinbeynon @nigeldgreen well I *just* finished setting up a command-line task manager (TaskWarrior) - otherwise...
@ejstacey sounds like EVERY DAY in IT-land
Finally had to NOPE on Calibre ebook server. What an overly complex piece of code! Now serving up my ebooks using a 17mb binary which sits in the same folder as my ebooks - set up to run as a systemd service of course. It JUST WORKS. Note: the ebook folder it is running out of is actually on my external USB drive...
@eloquence same god, different prophet
@Matter @Framasoft Just added Framasoft to my Liberapay scheduled donations.
@Chocobozzz I need the audio and/or CC to be a specific language, as will almost all users. I can't find a feature like that yet. Is it in the pipeline?

@natecull well that’s different... lol
another follow-up. Dropped tmux, now using Tilix to handle Quake-drop-down and easy window splitting. Inside it the shell is now good old zsh. Oh-my-zsh and -fish are ideas that sound great, but somehow ended up *more* complicated. So my prompt is pared down to mainly two items and some nice colors. I'm good.
@djsundog @neomorph follow-up - #kakoune is working well. Once you get used to the slightly different order of things, it's easy.
