Working late tonight, it sucks.

On the other hand, I got fan mail, so that was great.

They hated the end of my last serial. That sucked.

They said they liked everything I've written. That was cool.

They wanted to commission me to rewrite it happier. Sadly, I already have a commission for the sequel, so I don't feel right in forking the story. That sucks more.

I'm not sure how to handle this.

For tonight, though, I'll probably just putz since I have to work once the kids go to bed.

Bummer, my current code base for Author Intrusion hadn't solidified enough so I have no clue how to get it going again.

I mean, I can always start over but I'd like to avoid that.

I think I figured out a way of simplifying my AI code significantly. Too bad today is a writing day because I *really* want to to test it out.

Well, that's the three. I'm just not sure which one helps me the most in the long run since I need all three at some point in the next few years.

3: Script/Font Maker: This is for typesetting my books but also handling my conlanguages. I need it since the covers for my short story collections will be using a font created with it so I can publish those books until I do this.

My plan is to write a parametric font using drawing commands and rendering them out using JS. I have the tools, I have the code planned out, it is the least impactful of the three.

2: A world builder. I *need* map of Fedran, however I'm not good at drawing them. However, I want to write a program to create the world and understand more about geophysics in the approach.

I suck at 3D math but I have a basic idea, it would be educational and painful, but also make pretty maps.

1: Author Intrusion. This is my ReSharper/IDE like framework for authors. It is also the one I'm sure I can do, I just have to sit down and focus on it. Mainly it is provide better tools for writing novels and analyzing the requests.

This would include getting it working in Atom/Code/Emacs via language services.

I need to plan out my next big programming project. The problem is that I have three of them sitting in the queue and each one has applicable for my long-term plans.

I'm just not sure which one to work on.

Managed to belt out a reasonable 5k last night and 9k in the last two days. This was the first short story I wrote for myself instead of commissions which have been apparently dragging me down for a year. Both good and bad, I guess, but I like seeing something "drafted".

So much hate today. :(

I'm not straight, I'm not monogamous, and I'm probably not cis. I'm also occasionally a furry.

I also don't advertise my books or writing as being by a queer because of professional and personal reasons that won't be obvious until certain people are out of my life and I have enough money not to worry what my boss thinks.
