Today my father in law fell down the stairs. He rebooked his shoulder from three weeks ago, broke his wrist, hip, and both eye sockets. The doctor didn't think he'll survive surgery, so the are going to cast him and give him a nurse to recover the hard way.
This has not been a good month.
@Alamantus Life has gotten pretty hard for him. He never recovered after the cancer. Right now, he's drinking and smoking himself to death.
Death is lurking over him and he is getting more fragile every day. That is why the doctor doesn't think he'll survive surgery.
He broke his shoulder a few weeks ago. This fall just makes things worse. :(
@dmoonfire that sucks to hear. I hope he does recover. My dad is finally better and should be able to leave the hospital soon.
