Sinuses almost gone pero my arm and neck HURT from the car crash I almost got into. Jolting the car out of the way locked the muscles in my neck, arm, and back. Omg the more pain I am in, the more painful acupuncture will be. Y'all, I just want my arm to get better so I can leave this dumbass country and keep traveling foreva

Debating on whether or not I should go out tomorrow and be a person...I could do a bunch of stuff or I could just sleep...hmmm guess we'll see what happens tomorrow

For the longer acupuncture session the needles hurt way less this time around, so I was able to focus on relaxing. There were some muscle spams here and there but nothing I couldn't handle. My shoulder dislocated twice in less than a week for crying out loud. But I felt a lot of overwhelming fear every time I tried to relax. I think it comes from me being mortified at the thought of hurting myself again. But I'm going through it. Slowly but surely I will heal

All that being said tho, I felt like I just had to let myself gripe; it might be the heat from the herbs kicking in. Regardless, it's valid & I can finally lay it to rest. I know for next time I will ask what is a good type of pain & what is a dangerous type of pain so I can better differentiate. Most times I could tell but that time I couldn't. This is so new to me, & even though the doctor knows what he's doing, uncertainty can be scary af

I'm rambling now but Okay like I get that miscommunication happens but like I'm annoyed bruh. I get that not everything is gonna go perfect pero like there's gotta be patience all around with something so intense as recovering from a horrible injury. I mean I guess I know how to handle the next time if he doesn't say anything but like don't talk to me about getting over pain lmao. Damn, warn a girl tho

the doctor didn't warn me that he was gonna begin & he stuck a needle in the right side of my neck & I felt a fucking surge of pain all the way to my head & back & beyond & it Hurt so much! So I shouted "Whoa, no!" & he like stormed out of the room! Then he came back in & was like "I'm trying to help you so you need to get over your pain." I picked up a hitchhiker while the sun was setting, & I took him about 15mi farther from where I was going. He was in the Air Force, and was traveling to visit a lover. He was funny & impressive & had such incredible stories from when he was a survivalist instructor. He thanked me many times over because he walked so far the whole day without getting a single ride. I told him I understood, because I've been there. After I dropped him off and drove home, my soul felt so full. But I miss traveling

I feel Cool (and kinda silly for feeling cool) because I still have the marks I received from the hot cup treatment my doctor gave me for my rotator cuff pain. Today was also my first acupuncture sesh and I feel like I'm finally getting some Real Help for my shoulder after 5 months p much no help. I feel relieved, even though I have a long way to go. I can finally be done normalizing pain, and take the steps to recover. Just wanted to document this moment because I feel happy 😌
