Gnusocial doesn't have a way to tag attachments as NSFW, so this looks like discrimination. Or would a hashtag suffice?

Yeah probably, but in this case the loli content is considered criminal itself and they do support NSFW tags. It's either a feature request for GNU social or Mastodon, and I think it's already being worked on on Mastodon's side.

@dennix I did, it was required after the large amount of untagged NSFW (loli included) appeared.
