My ISP sucks. ADSL gets disconnected a lot and support tells me stuff like "you really should re-attach the fritzbox we sold you, you can't do phonecalls with $crappymodem".
Right, being not able to do phone calls is my biggest problem.

(Actually it is b/c I need to call their shitty support line)
