Finished #reading Leigh Bardugo's Wonder Woman : Warbringer.
It's an enjoyable piece of entertainment, interesting to see a young Diana http://www.susanhatedliterature.net/2017/11/wonder-woman-warbringer/ https://octodon.social/media/StxjMJPUJXpxLm_BcpQ
@sendnoodles Yeah, I was a bit thrown at the start by the modern start to it, but it works. Never read anything by Bardugo before, you?
@dearbhla I was also surprised at how young Diana was in the story. This was the first time I read Bardugo's work and I might check out her other books.
@sendnoodles her Grisha books seem very popular, haven't read any though. They do look like my sort of book, but had way too much waiting to read when I spotted them in the library
@dearbhla I have about three books I need to go through first, then I'll dive into "Shadow and Bone."
@sendnoodles lucky you, I have a whole spreadsheet of books I need to read :)
Plus 4 or 5 out from the library that I probably should get to
Finished this recently, @dearbhla! I really enjoyed Diana's journey and her friendship with Alia.
