Like: you have 1+ year of guaranteed work at the least.
Second, which is why so many it managers have made a career out of it: Microsoft is about lock-in. I.e., it's all about tips&tricks, configuration secrets, upgrades and so on and so forth. Your boss will *never* be into any of that. But if you become "the CRM go-to" person, you'll have a job for life.
