@emdeesee We’re on the same page. The 90s movie is goofy and uneven, but there are things I like about it.

@emdeesee Relative to the 60s series, definitely! Relative to a lot of the updates and reboots we get now, not so much. (For example, BSG 2.0)

@emdeesee I thought it was a fun romp. Dramatic writing was fairly tight. I (literally) don't know about the science, but I appreciated the variety of challenges presented to the protagonists. Kind of relieved they didn't go grimdark and kept it about on par with its predecessors in terms of tone.
