@cwickert Thanks Christoph for sharing this great article. And yes, the writer is absolutly right. For your privat environment with children a fixed timeline for work is helping a lot. A late or WE working from time to time will reduce gender diversity over time.

@vilbi I've been doing the startup thing for ~7 years in different companies and every time I was thrilled at the beginning, but feed up sooner or later. I now enjoy the best of both worlds at SUSE: Fixed core hours (11-15) but a lot of flexibility. Opportunities for socializing, but no obligations to join. And a very diverse team, be it age, gender, or background.
