Same weigh-in as yesterday; better than 2 days ago by a lot, still not back where I'd like to be; 10 day average clearly in a worse position than I'd like for sure

Unstable week. Rather than trying to do the hard thing and failing badly I'm trying to maintain at the safe but stable thing, calm myself down, and then do the better thing. Hence weighing in and paying attention to what I eat but not doing calorie clocking yesterday/today
