I won't bother to link my post, it was also just an announcement. (I didn't know yours was coming) But over the next few months I'll be writing repeatedly about the 5-4 decisions in which Kennedy joined RBG and the centrists. The damage Trump's nominee will do may very well end up being catastrophic.
