but it's worth understanding why he's being thrown off the bench (hopefully)

and why his argument that his opponents are calling for judicial decisions be made according to media coverage is not merely a straw man,

but hides the fact that he unethically called for Brock Turner's sentence to be reduced because of media coverage in the first place.
