Anyone remember those stupid red tablets that you would eat to show plaque on your teeth? Those were complete rubbish, but I wonder how many people got suckered into buying them and for how long.

@craigmaloney my dentist just gave me a bunch of them - "disclosing tablets." In theory they only stain the plaque? I have not used them and am withholding judgement. Also mine are purple!

@susannah Yeah, in theory but all I know is they made everything look awful.
